As I think you all know, I closed the Gin Cabin this season but will open for a few hours on Christmas Day as I’ve had more than a few requests asking if Hoodies and T shirts can still be purchased. This is the last time my hand printed fashion will be available.

I had even more messages about drinking Chilly Niseko and I’m happy to say that you can buy take out bottles also available on Christmas Day.

Chilly Niseko continues to be available to order and all the great bars including Magic Mountain, Baddies, The Local Wine Bar, Rhythm Summit, Rhythm Base and of course the Park Hyatt Hanazono kindly serve Nisekos first cocktail.

The Gin Cabin is in lower Hirafu.

Tomorrow , that being Friday here in Japan is scotch egg evening.
However I thought I’d show boat this lovely gin from Brazil..Amazzoni, the worlds best craft gin in 2018 and I’m happy to say that this not only goes well with my scotch eggs but The Cabin is the only place in all Japan that you can enjoy this rare gin
