Introducing our Bar Gyu × Mars Whisky Private Cask 🔥🥃

Aged for five years in a Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead and bottled at natural cask strength (59%!), we are really happy with the results of our Private Cask. The whisky delivers an unusually dark, winter-leaning profile for Japanese whisky: smoked plum, dark chocolate, salted caramel, and an enveloping peat that feels built for snowbound nights

Served exclusively at Bar Gyu both neat and as a premium highball, where a splash of water allows the sherry richness to fully come out

🍷Aged 5 years in a Pedro Ximénez Sherry Hogshead (American White Oak)
🔥 Heavily Peated: 40ppm
💥 ~60% ABV
🥃 Purchase Available (Limited to 40 bottles)
