Shade of Skyline, our signature creation for , will be available from October 21st to 25th.

From the lighter notes of Acqua Alta to Merchant Mainmast and the darker character of Ombra del Molino, three different expressions of the same cocktail, each with its own personality.

Among the cocktails you’ll find at Skyline during Venice Cocktail Week, from October 21st to 25th, meet Giardino Botanico, our creation for L’Aperitivo di Mezzogiorno.

Inspired by Sant’Erasmo, Venice’s very own vegetable garden, this contemporary take on the Venetian aperitivo brings together L’Aperitivo Nonino, artichoke and mint from the island, and Miele Polot honey.

Fresh, botanical and delicately aromatic, with a touch of citrus, a hint of salinity and a final spray of Grappa Nonino.

A little taste of the lagoon, with a Skyline twist.

Every September, Venice becomes a little more cinematic.

For the 83rd Venice International Film Festival, Shades of Venice takes a cinematic turn.

One shade. Three Italian films. Three signature cocktails, each translating a different story, emotion and perspective into flavour.

Light — The Opening Scene
“Il fuoco che ti porti dentro” by Edoardo De Angelis.
Contrast, fire and two worlds finding their balance.

Mild — The Plot Twist
“Succederà questa notte@ by Nanni Moretti.
Unexpected connections and familiar flavours seen from a different perspective.

Dark — The Final Scene
“Ritorno a Buenos Aires” by Marco Bechis.
A journey through memory and return, between Italy and Argentina.

Three films.
Three interpretations.
One cinematic journey.
