Giovedì 21 maggio al Wind’s Bar avremo il piacere di presentare, insieme al produttore Gabriele Furletti, l’ultimo nato della cantina: il nuovo Trento DOC Reiff Rosé.

Durante la serata, Gabriele ci accompagnerà alla scoperta di questo elegante rosé, raccontandoci caratteristiche, lavorazione e curiosità del suo nuovo progetto.

Nel corso dell’aperitivo sarà possibile degustare in promozione il Reiff Rosé accompagnato da una selezione di stuzzichini dedicati.

Per chi desidera fermarsi anche a cena, abbiamo pensato a due piatti in abbinamento speciale:
• Cacio e pepe con tartare di gambero viola
• Tataki di tonno con pomodorini rossi e gialli, pane croccante e cipolla rossa .

Ovviamente entrambe con calice di rosè compreso…

Thursday, May 21st, at Wind’s Bar,
we will have the pleasure of introducing, together with winemaker Gabriele Furletti, the newest creation from the winery: the new Reiff Rosé Trento DOC.

During the evening, Gabriele will guide us through the discovery of this elegant rosé, sharing its characteristics, production process, and the story behind this new project.

Throughout the aperitivo, guests will be able to enjoy the Reiff Rosé at a special promotional price, accompanied by a selection of dedicated finger foods.

For those who would like to stay for dinner, we have created two special pairing dishes:
• Cacio e pepe with purple shrimp tartare
• Tuna tataki with red and yellow cherry tomatoes, crispy bread, and red onion

Both dishes, of course, include a glass of rosé.
