C’era un tempo in cui rischiava di sparire per sempre. Oggi, è il segreto meglio custodito della Toscana.
Parliamo del Fogliatonda, un vitigno autoctono che deve il nome alla forma incredibilmente tonda delle sue foglie. Abbandonato per decenni a favore di varietà più famose, è stato riscoperto grazie alla tenacia di pochi viticoltori innamorati della propria terra.
Il risultato? Un vino che non somiglia a nessun altro: rosso intenso, calde note speziate, robusto e avvolgente Non è il solito calice. È un sorso di storia toscana che ha aspettato il momento giusto per tornare a splendere.
