Roots are not chains that hold us back.
They are what allow us to go far without forgetting who we are.
This week, Pasquale received a special plaque from his hometown, Somma Vesuviana, a place that will always be part of his story.
To be here in Glasgow, sharing a piece of Italian pastry culture while carrying his roots with pride, means a lot.
Somma Vesuviana gave him values, identity, and a deep sense of family and community. The same values we try to bring into Tiramisù every day.
Wherever the future leads, a part of him will always remain there, at the foot of Mount Vesuvius.
