Tuesday opens with the familiar chemistry of Red Pellini and Riccardo Biseo at 7:00 PM, before Leonardo Borghi takes the late set with his trio โ€” a concert that reminds you why this room was made for piano jazz.

Where the music starts at seven and the last note lands long after midnight. Where the whisky in your glass is rare and the voice on stage is rarer still. Where the tables are close, the candles are low, and the kitchen sends out something extraordinary between sets.
