Imposte (nome storico della località di Rocca Santa Maria) nasce dalla voglia di realizzare un progetto che mira alla valorizzazione di alcuni paesi, ormai abbandonati. Fortemente animati dalla voglia di valorizzare le peculiarità esistenti, tramite il linguaggio universale della cucina vi trasmetteremo quella passione e quell' amore per i vecchi sapori e per tradizioni antiche, caratteristiche di
questi luoghi magici, tutti da riscoprire. Il XXI secolo è il secolo delle grandi innovazioni in ambito scientifico e tecnologico, ma è anche caratterizzato da una grave crisi economica e sociale, che riguarda soprattutto i giovani. Si parla, per questo, di una vera e propria crisi GENERAZIONALE. La causa principale di tale crisi è il passaggio da eccessi opposti, ossia il passaggio dall’avere niente o dover faticare per avere qualcosa, all’avere tutto e subito con facilità. Immersi nella natura del Parco Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga, nel cuore del Bosco Martese conosciuto per la famosa battaglia della resistenza, definita da Ferruccio Parri la “prima nostra battaglia in campo aperto” a cui “tutti i resistenti italiani rendono onore”. Perché imposte non è solo un ristorante, imposte è “fine living”.

Imposte (the historical name of the little town of Rocca Santa Maria) was created to realize a project aimed at the enhancement of some abandoned town. Creativity, professionalism and profound knowledge of territory are our weapons to realize this project. Deeply motivated by the willingness to promote the uniqueness of those territories, we will spread the passion and love for the old and traditional tastes through the universal language of the cooking art. All this represents the main feature of those magical places, all ready to be rediscovered. The 21st century is a century of great innovations in the scientific and technological fields, but it is also marked out by a profound economic and social crysis that affects in particular young people. For this reason we can talk about a real GENERATIONAL crysis. The main reason of it is the gap between opposite extremes, that is the gap between having nothing or few with great efforts and having everything, quickly and easily. We are deep in the nature of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, in the heart of the Martese wood, very famous for being the field of an important Italian resistence battle, defined by Ferruccio Parri as “our first battle in an open field” that “all Italian Resistants honour”. Because Imposte is not only a restaurant, Imposte is “fine living”.
