Ryan and two of his amazing colleagues will be embarking on an epic (and crazy) challenge later this year cycling from Zen all the way back to The Torfin in Edinburgh - over 3000km!

Each member of the team has chosen a charity close to their hearts - Parkinson's UK Macmillan Cancer Support Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home

They are also looking for a charity local to each restaurant to support so please drop your favourite Mallorca charities in the comments!
