INXS: Story to Story
In October 2005, INXS took fans deeper into their incredible journey with the release of Story to Story: The Official Autobiography.
Written by Anthony Bozza; a celebrated writer and editor from Rolling Stone magazine, this book offered an intimate look into the band’s rise to global fame, their personal struggles, and the unbreakable bond they shared.
Author, Anthony Bozza would say of the project:
"I got an email from my agent at the time asking if I was willing to move to Australia for three months to co-write the autobiography of INXS. Who could pass that up? I’d been a fan since the moment I heard “Don’t Change,” in 1982, and wanted to hear the story of Michael Hutchence’s told by those who knew him best. But little did I know that this project would earn me a following in a region of the world I rarely get to visit. Australia changed my life in the short period of time that I lived there, because there’s no other place in the world quite like it."
For anyone who’s ever been moved by INXS’s music, this book is a must-read, capturing the highs, lows, and everything in between.
And with the 50th anniversary of INXS's very first gig fast approaching there’s no better time than now to dig in and have a read.
