In degustazione:
• Brunello di Montalcino Vasco Sassetti 1995, la mia prima vendemmia
• il primo Rosso di Montalcino SanLorenzo 2003
• il Rosso di Montalcino 2008, annata speciale perché è anche l’anno di nascita di mia figlia

• the first SanLorenzo Rosso di Montalcino 2003
• Rosso di Montalcino 2008, a special vintage as it’s also the year my daughter was born

It's the right time to select the shoots; they've appeared in abundance, but only those in the right position will continue their growth!
From here, we decide how much grapes to produce and what pruning to do next year!

È il momento giusto per selezionare i germogli, sono nati in abbondanza ma solo quelli nella posizione giusta continueranno il percorso!!
Da qui si decide quanta uva fare e la potatura del prossimo anno!!
