The passion for shakers and parties runs through the veins of Paolo Leoci, aka Paoletto, for 47 years, or since he spent his first days of life right behind the counter of Bar Smeraldo, one of the most iconic bars of Monopoli. From that moment his passion became commitment, professionalism and experience. Paoletto in fact for over 30 years has worked as a barman in the most glamorous venues at the international national level. After learning all the secrets of bartenting and mixology around the world, he founded the Paoletto Barman Culture in Monopoli with the support of his wife Nicoletta and his sons Anna and Luciano. Today, La Paoletto Barman Culture offers American bar services, event organization and basic and advanced barman courses. A space entirely dedicated to the culture of good drinking for unique taste and fun experiences.
