E poi ci sono quelle in cui:
fresco sì, ma non troppo.
Dolce no.
Amaro manco.
Il solito neanche.

Insomma, nun saje manc tu che vuó.

Per questi casi a Tutt’Appost abbiamo una procedura molto semplice:

L’unica cosa importante è ricordarsi cosa ti ha fatto.

Una cotoletta.

La nostra Tomahawk è in menu da anni. E un motivo c’è: piace. Tanto.

Luigi la prepara grande e croccante, con patate fritte e salse al seguito.

A pranzo, a cena o a tarda notte: la nostra cucina resta aperta fino a tardi, quindi l’ora giusta per ordinarla la scegliete voi.

Per il vino fatevi aiutare da Iacopo.
