This was so easy and fun to make!
Everything you need is at Festival Foods—what’s on your menu this year?
🐣 Easter Brunch Bake
Ingredients
• 6 large croissants
• 1/2 lb ham (shaved pieces)
• 8 slices Nueske’s bacon
• 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
• 3/4 cup sharp cheddar, shredded
• 5 large eggs
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1–2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped (divided)
Optional: maple syrup or hot honey drizzle

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Cook bacon until 80–90% crispy, then chop
3. Tear croissants and place in a greased baking dish
4. Add ham, bacon, and half the cheese
5. Whisk eggs, milk, cream, Dijon, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ½ tbsp chives
6. Pour mixture evenly over the dish
7. Top with remaining cheese and press lightly
8. Bake 35–40 minutes, until golden and set
9. Rest 5–10 minutes, then finish with remaining chives
🥕🍊 Easter Bunny Spritz
Ingredients
• 3 oz prosecco
• 2 oz Aperol
• 2–3 oz fresh orange juice
• Splash soda water (optional)
• ½ tsp honey or simple syrup (optional)

Directions
1. Fill glass with ice
2. Add Aperol and orange juice
3. Top with prosecco
4. Add a splash of soda water (optional)
5. Stir gently
6. Garnish with carrot and orange slice

🏈 Cheese-Stuffed Pretzel Bites
Ingredients
• 1 pkg Hawaiian pretzel bites
• 3 Tbsp melted butter
• 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
• ½ cup nacho cheese
Instructions:

Toss pretzel bites with melted butter and Dijon. Warm on a tray (smoker 180°F 10–12 min or oven 250°F 5–7 min). Heat nacho cheese until pourable, inject into pretzels.

Fried Okra
Ingredients
• 1 lb fresh okra, sliced into ½-inch rounds
• 1 cup Festival Foods Southwest Mix
• 1 cup Fried Onions
• 2 eggs or buttermilk
• Oil for frying
• Salt
Directions
Pulse Southwest Mix and fried onions into coarse crumbs. Dip dried okra in egg or buttermilk, then coat in crumbs. Fry at 350°F for 2–3 minutes until golden, drain, and season with salt.

🫙Comeback Sauce
Recipe:
• ¼ cup mayo
• ¼ cup ketchup
• 1 tbsp Dijon
• 1 tsp Worcestershire
• 1 tsp hot sauce
• squeeze lemon or pickle brine

Southwestern Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup fried onions
• 1/2 cup Festival’s southwestern mix
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
Instructions:
Pulse mix + onions into crumbs. Mix cream cheese and cheddar. Fold in crumbs, shape into a ball, and chill 30 mins.
