Wine Enthusiast has reviewed several wines, confirming the clear stylistic identity of our range. The 2024 and 2024 stand out in particular, both awarded 93 points 🥂.

The tasting notes underline these ratings perfectly:
For the Chardonnay: “Alto Adige’s mountain waters leave their mark.” – highlighting its alpine origin, reflected in freshness and clarity.
For the Gewürztraminer: “Plot twist: Gewürztraminer that doesn’t need to shout.” – an expressive yet refined wine that convinces through balance rather than intensity.

With great sadness we bid farewell to Alto Adige artist Robert Scherer, who passed away on January 11. A quiet and dedicated creator, he never saw art as an end in itself, but as a dialogue with space, history, and people.

Robert Scherer was one of the most influential artistic figures in Alto Adige. As a painter, sculptor, and master of fresco, he developed a distinctive and powerful visual language—one that combines depth with clarity and continues to resonate today.

For us, one of his most remarkable works remains especially present: the frescoes in the vaulted cellar of our Puntay cellar, created on the occasion of the winery’s 100th anniversary. Through his work, this space became more than architecture—a place with soul, one that continues to move those who enter it. We are grateful to preserve this work and to share it with our visitors.

May Robert Scherer rest in peace. His work lives on.

In the latest edition of the Italian wine guide Guida Bio, our Pinot Bianco 2023 🥂 was awarded the highest distinction 🎖, the “Foglia d’Oro” 🍁.
A remarkable achievement – Guida Bio evaluates exclusively organic wines, and only the very best in Italy receive this prestigious accolade.
And there’s more: three additional wines of ours earned the “Cinque Foglie” rating, underscoring our consistent commitment to quality and to organic winemaking.
