Sulle colline del versante sud-ovest dell’isola nasce il nostro Biancolella in purezza.
E da questo territorio ne prende il nome, dato dai Greci, che su questa parte di Ischia stabilirono i loro primi insediamenti e introdussero la viticoltura che, per molti secoli a ve**re, ne è diventata la risorsa economica principale.
🍷La vendemmia nella seconda metà di ottobre, un suolo particolarmente ricco di materiale tufaceo e una perfetta esposizione solare regalano al nostro Kalimera la sua fresca vitalità e sapidità.
L’ affinamento in vasche di cemento e poi in bottiglia permettono la sua evoluzione in un vino complesso e persistente.
🍽 Non abbiate paura di sperimentare: dai primi di pesce, alle carni elaborate, ai formaggi stagionati fino agli abbinamenti più gourmet.

Our 100% Biancolella is born on the hills of the southwestern side of the island.
