Our stuffed pigeon, always loved by customers from all over the world. The recipe comes from the memories of Tuscan families. In particular from the rural areas of our region such as Mugello, Chianti, Maremma and Casentino.

It is a dish to be cooked slowly, on Sunday morning; when the children play in the courtyard and the grandmothers prepare lunch for the family 💚
