Situato a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro offre un'atmosfera accogliente e famigliare,personale gentile ed ottime bevande e snack. Potete trovare 5 Birre alla spina spillate a regola d'arte(Konig Ludwig Hell,Konig Ludwig weissbier,Fuller's London Pride,Murphy's Stout e St Benoit Blanche)e una vasta scelta di birre in bottiglia italiane ed internazionali(40circa). Il tutto da accompagnare a panini,piadine e toast fatti con ingredienti italiani freschi e di prima scelta.

🪷 DONNA D’INDIA ~ Miliera ⛰️

A chiudere la drink list, Donna d’India!

Secondo la leggenda, scappando da una guerra, Donna d’India e Zan de Rame fondarono un insediamento, Miliera, nell’odierna zona di Fraina.

L’insediamento crebbe fino a diventare una grande città, attirando l’invidia di un drago che, consumato dalla stessa, la rase al suolo.🐲

- Scotch al tè nero
- Sciroppo di masala
- Limone

Non conosciamo l’attendibilità storica di questa leggenda, ma sappiamo che le leggende contengono sempre un fondo di verità. 🥘

Quale sia questa verità non ci è dato saperlo. Magari potreste ve**re a scoprirlo voi, ogni giorno (non il martedì), dalle 17:00 all’1:00.

According to legend, while fleeing from a war, Donna d’India and Zan de Rame founded a settlement called Miliera, in what is now the Fraina area.

The settlement grew into a great city, attracting the envy of a dragon who, consumed by it, razed the city to the ground.🐲

We don’t know how historically accurate this legend is, but we do know that legends always contain a grain of truth.🥘

What that truth might be, we cannot say. Maybe you could come and find out for yourselves, every day (except Tuesdays), from 5 PM to 1 AM.

🏔️MOLTINA ~ e la croda rossa 🐿️

Ed ecco a voi la matriarca della dinastia del popolo di Fanes 👸

Da lei deriva il legame con le marmotte e la coesistenza con la natura, in una storia drammatica solo in piccola parte (tranquilli, sono eccezioni). 😂

Intanto:

Ottimo come aperitivo pre-cena, per questo apriamo dalle 17:00 all’1:00.

Si è fatto attendere, ma è arrivato: Steve, il nuovo panino speciale del Molo!! 🌞

- Weißwurst
- Rucola
- Fiocchi di cipolla fritta
- Pere
- Senape al miele
- Maionese

Hot dog? Al Molo? Anzi… heißer Hund? 🤤

Ebbene sì, Matteo e Sebastiano Da Col hanno fissato un weißwurst per 20 minuti e sono tornati con un nome: Steve.

Ogni tanto proviamo anche noi a fare qualcosa di più leggero e salutare. Ripeto: “di più” (rispetto agli altri panini), non che sia l’alternativa a ogni pasto, haha. Inoltre, sotto questa calura, avevamo tutti bisogno di qualcosa di più fresco del solito. 😂

Non c’è nessuna gara e nessun premio, ma sapete di quale Steve stiamo parlando?

Magari un assaggio può trasformarsi in un indizio… o in amore, come capita spesso con gli special. 🤤

Yep, Matteo and Sebastiano Da Col stared at a weißwurst for 20 minutes and came back with a name: Steve.

Every now and then, we try to make something a little lighter and healthier. When we say “a little”, we mean compared to our usual sandwiches.
Besides, in this heat, we all needed something a little fresher than usual. 😂

🌷MERISANA ~ Le nozze🌲

Forse l’unica storia senza drammi o momenti oscuri. 🎉🎉

Le nozze della dolce Merisana, grazie alle quali il mezzogiorno in montagna è così placido e rincuorante. E, sempre grazie alla sua dolcezza, oggi abbiamo anche i larici. 🌲

- Sciroppo di tarassaco

Piano piano si avvicina la fine di agosto e quindi l’autunno inizia a bussare…
(non è vero, ormai l’autunno dura un paio di settimane da inizio novembre) 😕

Ma noi continuiamo comunque a stupirvi con drinketti, birrette e panazzi, ogni giorno dalle 17:00 all’1:00.

L’Occhio della Notte, soprannominato così dallo stregone Spina de Mul dopo essere stato aggredito e derubato dal cavaliere.

La tragica storia di un amore sul campo di battaglia, racchiusa in un intenso Old Fashioned. 🥃

- Bitter alla tonka e noce moscata

Privato della sua gemma, Spina de Mul usa la sua magia per riprendersela e punire i ladri.

Riesce a infliggere la sua pena al Regno di Fanes, ma non a recuperare l’artefatto.
