I saw a documentary some weeks ago. An old man, 80 years old, were preparing to aged whisky for 25 years. I wondered if he was going to join it. I wish he was able to do.
For our “Le recercatore” we need to wait next Christmas.

Dear Customers,

Now that the Rosa & Meo olive oil has been delivered to you, I would like to take the opportunity to send you a greeting. Thank you for being loyal customers and aficionados for the Rosa & Meo products. It means a lot to a local small producer like me.

This year was a good year in terms of weather and harvest conditions. I am still in the middle of producing the final selection, and I look forward to next year's production, where some of it will hopefully end up in Denmark.

I am in Denmark every now and then, and I would be delighted to stop by you and have a little talk about the oil and to hear how life is going. Just send me an email, and we can make arrangements.

For now I wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy new year 2022.
