Cherry, the sweet part of the cocktail.
How exactly he was, sweet and recognizable and unforgettable.

Absinthe, pain.

Peach, with the lemon, our aperitif at bar during our moment. Kidding people on the street.

Tom Collins 🍋

It is a sacred cocktail, one of the pillars of the history of drinks, the recipe of which dates back to the 1800s. It is also called English lemonade, a nickname that comes from its components. A very simple cocktail, but which thanks to its fresh and aromatic flavor has become a classic.

Unlike the classic recipe which includes one part of lemon and one part of sugar, we added all the leftover lemon to ferment with sugar and citric acid for 5 weeks.

È un cocktail sacro, uno dei pilastri della storia dei drink, la cui ricetta risale al 1800. D’altronde viene chiamata anche limonata inglese, nomignolo che nasce dalle sue componenti. Un cocktail semplicissimo, ma che grazie al suo sapore fresco e aromatico è diventato un classico.

A differenza della classica ricetta che prevede una parte di limone e una di zucchero, abbiamo lasciato tutti gli scarti di limone a fermentare con dello zucchero e acido citrico per cinque settimane.

Twist on classic 🍸

The Clover Club pre-dates Prohibition and takes its name from the Philadelphia men’s club with which it shares a name. It was something of an old boys club, established by lawyers and bankers in the Bellevue-Stratford Hotel in the 1880s.

It is unknown when and by whom the drink was originally made, but by 1910 it was being sold far outside the city of Philadelphia, in hotels like the Plaza in New York City.

Il Clover Club è antecedente al proibizionismo e prende il nome dal club maschile di Philadelphia con cui condivide il nome. Era una specie di vecchio club per ragazzi, fondato da avvocati e banchieri nel Bellevue-Stratford Hotel nel 1880.

Non si sa quando e da chi sia stata originariamente prodotta la bevanda, ma nel 1910 veniva venduta molto al di fuori della città di Filadelfia, in hotel come il Plaza di New York City.

and we go to strain out all the pulp.

A sustainable cucumber fizz fresh for the summer 🥒

infused cucumber skin
Cucumber cordial
Soda
Cucumber powder

The skin is infused for 24h with the vodka, once ready the skin goes under the oven to make it dry and after we blend until we get this lovely powder.
The cordial is made with the pulp, sugar 2:1 and citric acid.

Salute 🥒🍸

Un cucumber fizz sostenibile e fresco per l'estate 🥒

infusa alle bucce di cetriolo
Cordiale al cetriolo
Soda
Cetriolo in polvere

La buccia viene infusa per 24h con la vodka, una volta pronta, la buccia viene messa sotto il forno per farla asciugare e dopo si frulla fino ad ottenere questa deliziosa polvere.
Il cordiale è fatto con la polpa, lo zucchero 2:1 e acido citrico.
