Respect for tradition is shown by evolving it.

For the Paloma, our experimental approach focused directly on transforming the ingredients. 🧂
We completely removed the classic salt rim, integrating sapidity right into the drink using a calibrated saline solution. Fresh grapefruit juice makes way for a premium pink grapefruit soda, made deep and velvety by White Penjaper Cordial.

The result is a signature Silk twist: more elegant, incredibly balanced, and free from the harsh acidity of the classic. Also available as a non-alcoholic version.
