Terrigena produces – thanks to a local partner specialized in dehydrates ingredients – a wide range of dry gourmet ready meals following the best Italian recipes: risottos, pasta, lasagne, cous cous, polenta, Mashed Potatoes, etc. All products are very easy to cook and fast to prepare, both in a pan and in a microwave, without draining or adding further ingredients. It’s only necessary to add water. In addition, they are 100% Italian, additive and preservative free and without the addition of monosodium glutamate. 2. Selection, promotion and export of fine Italian food and Wine from all Italian regions. Terrigena aims to identify high quality small-medium size producers, often family-run businesses, without a full staff, to support their export and work with them to promote their products at international level. Our producers are selected primarily for the originality of their products, the strong link to the land and local traditions, carrying love, commitment and skills in producing what Italy does at its best. Most of products are medium-high level ones. Among the selections, we also included excellent wine makers of Organic Wine or Social” wine, the latter being wine produced in lands seized from Mafia organizations.
