Let's talk for a minute about risotto. Creamy, delicious, and usually a weekend meal. Until now. Meet Terrigena Italy srl risotto that can be made on the stove top (traditionally) or...wait for it...and Instant Pot! What?!? This asparagus risotto has all of the seasonings and asparagus pieces inside the little package which makes cooking this up a breeze. I added some spicy sausage and wine because I'm decadent like that...and because I wanted this to be a full meal. This risotto was on my table in 20 minutes! Yes this is a post, and I will tell you wholeheartedly that my family and I enjoyed this dinner immensely...and the leftovers.
