The Slow Food Guide to Italian Beers 2027 has recognized us with several awards – and we couldn’t be more proud!

🏆 Batzen Bräu receives the CHIOCCIOLA!

The Chiocciola is the most prestigious award in the Slow Food Beer Guide. It recognizes breweries with a strong artisanal identity, outstanding quality, and a brewing philosophy that is closely connected to their local area, its people, and its ingredients. 💙

Of the 522 breweries featured in the 2027 edition, only 51 received this special recognition. 🐌❤️

But that’s not all: five of our beers were also awarded as “Etichette Imperdibili” – particularly recommended beers in the guide:

We’re beyond proud and happy to share that two of our beers have been recognized by the Finest Beer Selection!

🏆GOSE(XY) – 94 points
🏆Free Monkey (Alcohol-Free) – 91 points

The Finest Beer Selection is an internationally recognised beer quality assessment, where beers are individually evaluated in a blind tasting by an expert jury, with only those achieving 90 points or more being included in the annual selection. 🍻
