International Castle Cocktail Cup We would like to organize an unforgettable International Castle Cocktail Cup and offer a new exciting event to the region of South Tyrol (ITALY).

Together with local products from South Tyrol we would like to communicate with the International Cocktail Cup our values:

DATE: Thursday, 23th October 2014

LOCATION:
Hotel Trade Fair Bozen (afternoon) & Mirò Club (evening)

PARTICIPANTS:
24 international barkeepers will participate at the contest

PROCESS:
Each participant has to create t

heir cocktail recipe for the ICCC on the spot with the local ingredients provided by the sponsors. The category is “fancy” with a maximum of 7 ingredients and a minimum of 3 ingredients. In the afternoon the preparation for participants will take place at the Hotel Trade Fair Bozen and in the evening the actual show contest will be held at Club Mirò, where participants have to present their cocktail to an international jury. The following characteristics of the cocktail and the barkeeper will be considered at the evaluation: flavour, appearance, taste, overall impression, presentation of the barkeeper, working technique. SPECIAL FEATURE:
Martin Schlamberger (Flair Barkeeper) will attend as special show act. The event will be supported by a Dj Set. The first price will be a lord crown and a sceptre that are especially designed and produced by an artist. PARTNERSHIP – SPONSORING:
Every company that produces a local South Tyrolean product can become partner of the ICCC. As sponsor you need to supply participants with your local product and in addition provide a small monetary contribution. SOUTH TYROL WITH LOVE

Bozen - Am Donnerstagabend fand in Bozen, im Club Mirò der erste große Südtiroler Cocktailwettbewerb statt. Gesucht wurde der beste Cocktail, der sogenannte Cocktail of the Lord.
