Il locale si trova nel cuore dell’antica Bolsena, in Piazza della Rocca 12, davanti al Castello Monaldeschi della Cervara. Già dal 1200 fu cantina per il vino, nel 2000 fu poi restaurata dal proprietario Alessandro, esperto artigiano, e dai suoi amici (il falegname Lallo è ripreso in un affresco dietro il bancone). Le pareti, i soffitti e molti altri elementi sono rimasti originali, così come la cantina di 80 metri quadri scavata nel tufo risalente a 3000 anni fa, di cui l'ultima parte è una stanza votiva etrusca. Nella cantina è possibile organizzare feste private, bere una buona bottiglia in buona compagnia e fare wine tasting guidati. Italiano, inglese, tedesco - kein Problem, Anna e Alessandro parlano anche francese se si tratta di vino. Al piano terra dell’enoteca c’è un pianoforte che aspetta qualcuno che lo voglia suonare. Gli spazi esterni del borgo medioevale si prestano per concerti e mostre. O semplicemente per un bicchiere romantico con il vino sexy. Come sceneggiatura è perfetta per farvi godere le espressioni di questa terra.

Das Weinlokal befindet sich im Herzen der oberen Altstadt von Bolsena, Piazza della Rocca 12, vor der Burg Monaldeschi della Cervara. Bereits im Jahr 1200 war es ein Weinkeller, der im Jahr 2000 vom Eigentümer Alessandro, einem erfahrenen Handwerker und Freunden, restauriert wurde (der Zimmermann Lallo ist in einem Fresko hinter der Theke verewigt). Wände und Decken etc. sind original, ebenso wie der 80 m² große Keller, der vor 3000 Jahren in die Lava gegraben wurde. Der letzte Teil ist ein etruskischer Votivraum. Hier, unter der Erde, gibt es private Feiern, eine gute Flasche in Gesellschaft und geführte Weinproben. Italienisch, Englisch, Deutsch - kein Problem, Anna und Alessandro sprechen auch Französisch, wenn es um die Welt des Weins geht. Oben in der Weinhandlung wartet ein Klavier auf jemanden, der es spielen möchte. Die Plätze und Treppen des mittelalterlichen Dorfes eignen sich für Konzerte und Ausstellungen. Oder einfach für ein romantisches Glas mit Vino sexy. Ein perfektes Bühnenbild, um Schönheit zu genießen.
