Green star - Michelin Guide Ahimè è un luogo semplice, condividiamo tutto il bello del territorio in maniera easy ed informale.

E' un ristorante non convenzionale fortemente legato al concetto di farm-to-table. Il menu evolve seguendo le disponibilità del nostro orto e dei piccoli produttori ai quali ci affidiamo. Puoi sedere al nostro common table o prendere il posto al bancone bar vista cucina anche solo per un calice.

Crème caramel, turmeric and Sichuan pepper.

A silky crème caramel, golden with turmeric and crowned with a glossy amber caramel. At first it is soft and delicate, almost familiar; then the warmth of the turmeric slowly unfolds, deeper and more fragrant than expected. Finally comes the Sichuan pepper, subtle and bright, leaving a gentle citrusy tingle that lingers for a moment on the lips.

Beside it, a shard of caramelised nuts for crunch and bitterness, the perfect contrast to the smoothness of the custard. It is one of those desserts that feels comforting at first glance, then surprises you completely by the second spoonful.

wholemeal maltagliati, irregularly shaped pieces of pasta with gently wavy edges and a warm golden-brown colour that reflects the use of wholemeal flour. The pasta rests on a smooth roasted potato cream, pale and velvety, forming a soft and enveloping base.
Scattered over the pasta are white beans, small and glossy, finished with a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
