Belly Dance with Margarita
Belly Dance or Racks Sharky has many health benefits for the female body, from body toning, improving flexibility and endurance. The creativity of the dance builds the self-steam to achieve femininity and grace. With Belly Dance the mayor muscle group of the abdomen are strongly toned based on movements that come naturally to the female form. Belly Dance helps to relive stress and decompress the body from sedentary lifestyle.
Classes currently for beginners or for students looking to become a professional Belly Dancers (ask for special program).
Margarita has been one of the premier Belly Dancers in North Florida receiving recognition at Yallah Magazine and Arbus Magazine as a Flamenco Dancer.
