Hotel Laugarvatn at the Golden Circle Laugarvatn is a village with 300 inhabitants and is located midway between Þingvellir, Gullfoss and Geysir, 100 km from Reykjavík.

Hotel Laugarvatn offers comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. Our bar "Póstbarinn" is open to the public as to our guests and shows Live sports and events. The Hotel sleeps up to 80 people in 30 single, double or family rooms and a living room for the guest’s enjoyment. All of our rooms have private bathrooms. A wifi Internet connection is also available for our guests. You can buy food as well as petrol at the nearby grocery store. ATM, post office, day trip in a 4×4, boat rental, free fishing, swimming pool with hot tubs, cave exploring, canooing, golf course and restaurants are amongst the servises and activities that you can enjoy in Laugarvatn.
