This Saturday 12th August at JaJa Ding D**g Husavik:

Morjane Ténéré & Christian Helgi in concert.

Morjane is a Paris based singer-songwriter inspired by folk, blues, Native American and Northern African traditional music. She gave more than 200 concerts in Paris and in Europe. Her voice will make you cry. She wears the name “Ténéré” as a talisman. In Tamasheq, a Tuareg language, “Ténéré” means desert. The elements - water, fire, earth and air - permeate her songs. Her music is a ritual, a travel, an initiation.

Morjane has given more than 200 concerts in Europe.
She is playing with French and Icelandic musician Christian Helgi Beaussier on piano, guitar and flute.

Will be a special night.
The ticket price is 3,000 isk and the proceeds will go to support the tour of the performers who are currently bringing their music to Iceland.
