I'm sharing a glimpse of my culinary journey from this Monday to thursday, where I cooked for my kids and my beloved "bitter half." I admire, as well as the treasured lessons and love handed down by my Dad and Mom.
My inspiration comes from the remarkable chefs I admire. Their stories, along with the technical, historical, cultural, and geographical aspects of cooking, have shaped my understanding of the culinary world. Every flavor, every tongue, and every taste contributes to my passion for cooking. I wholeheartedly owe all that I create to these influences. I remain a devoted learner, constantly inspired by the reels and videos of countless talented individuals. Cooking is my love, and I'm here to share it with you.
