Some info about the event and what has happened so far:
1. The event was Bhagwan Parshuram Janmotsav. It was an event planned to celebrate lord Parshuram but the speaker went off topic.
2. The speaker was Gautam Khattar.
3. Event was held at Vasco.
4. MLAs Mauvin Godinho and Daji Salkar were present but didn’t stop the speaker.
5. An FIR has been registered against him.
6. Organisers of the event have issued an apology and clarified that they do not encourage such statements.
7. CM Dr. Pramod Sawant has condemned this statement.
8. A lot of our Goan brethren, of all religions have been hurt by this.
