I was playing around in the kitchen and this is what I came up with, so I decided to share it with you. These poppers go well with a garlic yogurt dip. Enjoy!

PRO TIP - You can roast the poppers in the air fryer instead of deep-frying to save wholesome calories.
========== INGREDIENTS ==========
Chicken breast boneless & skinless - 2 Salt - 2tsp
Pepper - 1tsp
Garlic powder - 1tsp
Paprika - 1tsp Flour - 1 cup Eggs - 3
Butter - 3-4 tbsp Garlic - 6-7 cloves Parmesan - 1 cup Parsley - 1/4 cup

Oil for frying
=============== Step by step process ===============
1. Slice chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks.
2. Mix the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, mixing until evenly seasoned.
3. Place the beaten eggs and flour in separate bowls.
4. Dip a piece of chicken into the flour, then the egg, then back in the flour. Repeat the process with the rest of the chicken.
5. High oil in a large pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy.
7. In a separate pan, heat the butter, garlic, and parsley until garlic starts to turn brown.
8. Toss the chicken in the mixture until evenly coated.
9. Turn off the heat, then toss the chicken in the parmesan. Serve hot!
