Introducing Wild Spirits at Safari Lounge — Robb Report takes its FIRST LOOK at a new cocktail and culinary collection inspired by eight of India’s most remarkable wildlife sanctuaries and national parks, bringing their landscapes, native ingredients and untamed character to life through eight distinctive cocktails and thoughtfully crafted culinary pairings.
Each drink is its own landscape. From the tidal mangroves of the Sundarbans and Gir’s sun-baked forests to Periyar’s monsoon canopies, Kaziranga’s grasslands and the Himalayan highlands, every cocktail captures the distinct mood and character of its wilderness.
The ingredients do the storytelling — each chosen because they belong to these places, not just to a recipe. Together, they create a menu that smells like the forest, tastes like the terrain and feels like something you discovered rather than ordered.
Conceived, researched and brought to life entirely by our in-house teams over six months, Wild Spirits reflects an immersive exploration of indigenous ingredients, regional flavour profiles and contemporary mixology.
