Say hi to Rakesh, who started his journey into hospitality at O Pedro as a Steward and quickly worked his way up, and is now a Trainee Captain!

His interest in hospitality piqued when he saw his family in the industry, and that was all he needed to make the shift.

Pedro’s Ceviche is his favourite from the menu, and he has thoroughly enjoyed Pedro’s Pals throughout the years!

He thinks of O Pedro as his second family, and spends his off days catching sunsets.

Make way for an Easter feast layered with flavour. Start with Chicken Scotch Eggs served with a side of cafreal ketchup and the Baked Clam Rissois steeped in green masala. 🍽️🐣

Move on to the Portuguese Lamb Roast, and then end with Pedro’s Ice Cream Sando with mascarpone and rum chocolate.
