👏hey, if you still think i am lazy week person then swipe left...🙏
Mostly people start their gym journey after a heartbreak but i started because i was skinny. I started lifting 4 months back with a mindset to grow mentally and to be physically strong. I had no mentor just some instagram/youtube videos and some good friends who helped me to build the base. I gained around 10kgs in those 4 months with a proper diet. Then i decided to change the gym, and on the 3rd day 12/11/2021 gym owner himself asked me if i am interested in bodybuilding, idk what he saw in me but i was shocked because i had no idea what it is, in my knowledge it was just some strong muscles flexing on stage and competiting for the price. On monday i said yes and he sent me the diet chart and told me to stick to it, he also checked my weight which was 67.9kgs. I was very nervous and unconfident about my decision but after 3 days when i got results so i made up mind to give it a try, so i worked harder. Today 21/11/2021 my weight is 59.3kgs, i lost around 9kgs in 8 days so people who always complain about not losing weight can stop bullsh*ting and start doing.💯 Before hitting the stage i was quite nervous which you can clearly see in the pictures.😅 I didn't gave my 100% but i did what required on the stage. Today i didn't secure any rank but i had a great experience and a confidence boost. Idk if i will continue this or not but i always make sure to try different things which i feel are difficult to do.✊ Special thanks to who guided me and worked on my posing and .kaushik who supported me throughout the week.
I am really greatful for the people who are happy for me. For my unhappy audience, yaa i secured 10th rank out of 9.😉
