Two award-winning bartenders are taking over our bar for Kolkata Cocktail Weekend, and we’re ready to see what happens next.

Uno, World’s Bartenders’ Bartender 2025 by , from BOP, brings a warm, generous and expressive style of drinking.

Mac, Best Bartender 2025 by and Mixologist of the Year 2026, from Boilermaker, comes in with a loose, smashable, house-party spirit.

Two very different bartending styles, coming together for one night.

A year of aabbcc.concept.
And we’re throwing it back to the night they took over the Room.

From Delhi to Kolkata, their kitchen and bar team brought their curious world...
cocktails that revisited classics, plates that challenged the familiar, and plenty of conversations along the way.

Happy first to the team. Here’s to everything that’s yet to come. :)

It started with a craving for chilli butter prawns.

Then came the buttered pao, the dunking, the sharing, and that very familiar feeling of not wanting to leave a single bit behind.

That’s how ‘Little Tigers’ found its way onto the menu.
