We are bringing you tips from service professionals across our hotels. Today we share tips from our wellness professionals to ensure that our mind, body and soul are taken care of:
1) Take time to meditate as relaxing your mind is important for reducing stress. Why not start by listening to some instrumental music?
2) Set a morning routine! Wake up early and spend time doing yoga before you begin your day. This will help you start the day on a positive note.
3) Make sure you eat well. Eat regularly and consume freshly cooked meals and healthy snacks.
4) Exercise daily. Ensure you do physical activity such as yoga or cardio exercises for 30 minutes daily. Find the type of exercise that you enjoy!
5) Detox from technology. Fix a time in the day to turn off all gadgets for at least two hours as a detox for your mind.
