Gin, cape gooseberry, peach, ginger and citrus all find their way into Cape Cloud, each bringing something different to the glass. The vegan cloud on top softens things out, giving it a smooth, light finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

If you like your cocktails bright, refreshing, and just a little unexpected, this one’s for you.

Our Spiced Yuzu Paloma takes the classic Paloma route and gives it an Olterra twist with tequila, spiced yuzu, and grapefruit soda. It’s citrusy and crisp upfront, with a burnt grapefruit garnish adding that subtle smoky finish at the end.

Easy to sip, but definitely not basic.
