Fire on the bar Recipes of the day Peppermint Martini

Ingredients

Original recipe makes 2 servings

5 fluid ounces vanilla-flavored vodka (such as Stoli®)

2 fluid ounces white creme de menthe

1/2 fluid ounce peppermint schnapps

Directions

Fill a cocktail shake with ice. Pour vodka, creme de menthe, and peppermint schnapps over the ice. Cover cocktail shaker and shake; strain into a martini glass.

Ingredients:

35ml London Dry Gin

15ml Aperol

2 dashes Plum Bitters

15ml fresh lemon juice

Top with tonic water

Preparation:

Build first four ingredients in a Collins glass over ice, top with tonic water and garnish with a halved kumquat and pink grapefruit slice.

Ingredients:

1oz Casa Noble Organic Tequila

Juice from half of a Fresh Lime
5oz Creme De Banana

1/2 of a fresh banana sliced

Ice

Preparation:

Fill your margarita glass up with ice then pour it in the blender.
Measure out your ingredients and pour them into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Rim your margarita glass with sugar and pour in your freshly blended margarita.
Garnish with a fresh lime wheel and left over banana slice.

Fire on the bar Recipes of the day S’moretini Shooters

Ingredients:

1/2 ounce marshmallow vodka (or vanilla, whipped cream or cake flavored vodka)

1/2 ounce Godiva chocolate liqueur

1/4 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur

3/4 ounce cream/half and half

Chocolate syrup or hot fudge

Graham cracker crumbs

Vanilla frosting for glass ri***ng

Mini marshmallows

Preparation:

Rim of glass with vanilla frosting then dip into graham cracker crumbs.
Pour about 1/2 teaspoon chocolate fudge into the bottom of the glass.
Combine Vodka, Baileys, Godiva and cream in a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
Pour into glass and top with mini marshmallows skewered on a toothpick.

Fire on the bar Recipes of the day Campari Acai Brunch Punch

Ingredients:

2 cups orange or tangerine juice, no pulp, chilled

2 cups 100% cranberry juice, chilled

6 sprigs of basil or mint

1/2 cup acai juice, chilled

1 cup white rum or vodka, chilled

1/2 cup Campari, chilled

Slices of lime, orange and lemon, for garnish


Preparation:

The night before, pour 1 cup of the orange (or tangerine) and 1 cup of the cranberry juice into two small, uncovered food storage containers.
Place the basil or mint sprigs in the juices and transfer to the freezer.
Pop the frozen juices out of their containers and into a half-gallon pitcher.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
Pour into glasses and garnish.
