Pandyans community originated in South India, and over the centuries spread to the rest of India. Over the centuries Pandyans carefully preserved their knowledge of wellbeing and vegetarian cuisine. Hansa, known within the family by three letters Baa – and her husband Ramnik Pandya were born right after World War I, sometime in 1925 in Kathiawad. They did not have an opportunity to go to school but they had the mindfulness to carry and withhold centuries-old family tradition about food and beauty products. Today several generations later Heena and Pankaj Pandya are withholding those Pandya family values, and dedicate their time in creating some of the best food and beauty products; organic masalas, pickles, or healthy herbal drinks are all homemade.

We have listened to our guests and we are happy to announce that Baa’s Kitchen has now started serving the most refined Vegetarian Cuisine escorted by refreshing cocktails.
