As are living in a morden stage that we strives to make a things unique & complicated for others show but when small and simple thing makes a lot of difference in it. The concept of keeping it in a simple way symbolise to my cocktail ‘Nutrosy hattan’
Picking up the cocktails from the menu it’s easy but to recreate it with the similar aroma, flavour & the taste notes is what I believe in.
Believing in sustainability creating memories through my cocktail I’ve choosen to our locally sourced ingredients and helping to our local vendors out there.
Wherever i used to go for a short tea/coffee break during my shift i see people are selling fresh coconut water, flower, fruits etc & that’s what gets me driven.
1. I’ve made coconut water, rose & Demerara clarified vermouth
2. Keeping in on my sustainability I’ve made homemade bitter liquid infused with JW black label clarified using all waste peels and leaves like orange peel, grapefruit peel, sweet lime peel, lemon, lemon grass, rosemary, kafir lime & hibiscus.
3. I’ve made a dust from the leftover garnishes through dehydration process such as orange, pineapple, apple, lemon, grapefruit rose Patel etc with some edible glitters to enhance the contrast of it.
I have used a Johnnie walker black label whisky to make my worldclass cocktail & I tried to recreate the very famous classic cocktail Manhattan with the twist of my own unique ingredients to it.
