To help Geometry stand out in this crowded category, we went back into their history, which took us to the Polynesian era where cocktails got introduced to mankind. Cocktails have a long and colorful history, and many of the drinks we sip on today were formulated in the Tiki culture, more than 100 years ago.
Attention to the Tiki culture gave way to understanding the art of cocktails, and by the mid-century, cocktail culture was on an upswing. Everyone in this era was obsessed with cocktails, to an extent where they would do anything to learn how these magical concoctions were made. The quest to find the recipe for these mixes was high and everybody wanted to get their hands on books that mentioned it. One such infamous book was “GEOMETRY” that contained lethal combinations of spirits mixed with fruit juices that were royal and unique. It also spoke about how measurement and geometry were involved in making these cocktails that were loved so dearly by the people.
Just like the Polynesians, we’re a bunch of people that love our cocktails and are extremely passionate about it. We went in search of this mystical book “Geometry” to get access to all the amazing cocktails the era had to offer and to be able to bring it to you. We decided to share this passion and love with everybody out there so that you can experience a whole new world of cocktails, books, and delicious grub. Thus, we introduce this gastropub that serves amazing cocktails and food, a retro ambiance and loads of books to read. And we named it “ GEOMETRY’.
