Halloween season is upon us and this weekend SummerSparkleS went to New York Comic Con dressed in her brand new CatWoman outfit. This costume was so much fun to make but it took endless fittings, especially for the headpiece. But what a great end result tho. 👌

I’ve had a great few days in San Antonio. Some great business and fun socializing and some great food.
As I was ready to leave the hotel for the airport I was notified that my flight was delayed. Well what’s a girl to do but go for lunch at Ostra Mokara Hotel and Spa
This morning I took a walk to get coffee and stumbled across the love lock bridge. Now it makes sense why so many shops had signs in the window saying ”We sell locks”. 🤣

Spent the last couple of days in San Antonio meeting new clients. Dining solo at Bohanan's this evening before heading back to NYC tomorrow. Thank you Moyeva by Eva Moyé for introductions and thank you Danni Nicole for being so kind and hospitable this afternoon. 💗

Today I signed the adoption contract for Roger formerly known as Tiger. I have fostered him since February but there were some health issues we had to get under control before adopting. Roger is a character beyond compare and the sweetest boy.
KittyKind have been absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them if you’re looking to adopt a feline.

Yesterday I attended the R A U L P E Ñ A R A N D A SS27 show with Ann Pennington and it was a really beautiful show. But as always at these events there’s always some bitch that steals the show. 😂 We had the pleasure of meeting the sweetest fashion pup Tika & Kala on the runway. Such a cutie! 💗

It’s a beautiful day for up-cycling! I hate getting rid of clothes so here’s how two old pieces become one new garment. The leather jacket I made for myself maybe 7 years ago. It’s perfectly fine but I don’t love the shape on myself anymore. The denim jacket was purchased at in London in 2001. It’s had its life but I don’t wanna get rid of it. So I’m combining the two for them to become a one piece layered leather over denim look.

Of recent I have got a lot of clients that I do alterations for and sometimes those alterations have taken on a life of their own and it has become a complete restyle. In this day and age of fast fashion it’s important to think twice before throwing clothing out so this is a great way to at least minimize the wear on the planet. 🌎

Happy Labor Day! As fall is upon us it’s time for some python jackets. This was a custom order from a few years ago. This specific python was from Roje Leather and I used this for quite a few orders, including for a jacket for myself. Great quality skins!
