‏‎‏Adam Winery is a small family-owned single-vineyard winery founded in 2014 by Orna and Roni Lev. Their seven Mediterranean grape varieties supply the entire annual production of just 4,000 bottles. Since 2021, all red wines have been made with spontaneous fermentation, reflecting their minimal-intervention, hands-on approach🍇✨

‎‏During our welcoming visit to Orna’s home, we enjoyed a private tasting where each wine showed its own character—distinct yet consistently expressive of orna’s careful, skilled touch. Lively, balanced, and supported by smooth tannins, every bottle revealed another layer of her craft and dedication❤️🍷
