"I'm Poleberry born and raised and have taught art in St Pauls for quite a few years (more than I care to mention).
I love creating illustrations like the ones behind me here and that are scattered around this wonderful little pub, with some of the locals in them.
I suppose my inspiration for these comes from Mad magazine and and a guy called Mort Drucker who created the most fantastic illustrations, and it was through this that I ended illustrating for The Tribune for 11 years.
These days all I want is a quiet beer and no better place than Philly's for that."
