Paddy Kinnane's Pub Paddy Kinnane's is a family-owned pub in Upperchurch Village, Co. Tipperary, just outside of Thurles.

Opened by its namesake in 1927, Paddy Kinnane's is a Tipperary landmark nestled in the heart of Ned of the Hill country. Padraig O Cuinneain, of the O.C. 3rd battalion of the Mid Tipperary Brigade, Irish Volunteers; future TD; and husband and father opened his pub in Upperchurch Village in 1927. Kinnane's is still in the family and still serving the people of Tipperary with the ambience and heartbeat of the true Irish pub.
