We would like to thank everyone who turned up today for our Christmas snooker tournament and to all the people who helped referee the matches ….the final was between Joe Lawlor and Eugene aylward with Eugene coming out on top

We will be hosting a snooker shoutout on Saturday 28 December at 3:00 in the day….each game will consist of 20 mins…. player with highest score at end of game wins…there will be a 15 second shot clock in place….if a player fouls the other opponent gets 4 points and ball in hand….if the scores are tied at the end of the game it’s a shootout on the blue ball…..it’s 5 euro to enter winner takes all….if you are intrested please comment under this post to put your name in….

The final of the Richard Cahill snooker cup was held last night in the hall and it was a fantastic final which went down to the last frame…it was won by Fintan Bergin….hard luck to bomber Kavangh…we hope to see all the players who took part in it back in September when we start the snooker/ billard season again

Well done to paddy bergin on winning the Tony Cantwell snooker shield…hard luck to John Fitz…it was great to see a good turn out to support the lads on the night…we will now be taking names for the Richard Cahill snooker cup which will be limited to 64 names….entry fee for the tournament is as follows….€10 for members €30 for non members…membership is €20 for the year…any one who wishes to play or become a member please contact the page or jack Daly
