Kerri Wells is a skincare specialist at The Skin Lab in Clane, working with Dermalogica professional products. Kerri is refreshingly honest about skin. She’s all about genuine skin health rather than quick fixes, taking a personalised approach that combines expert advice with treatments and homecare actually suited to you. As she puts it herself, she’s here to “talk about your skin, demystify some of the products and treatments out there and have some fun at the same time.” And she’s generously offering a free skin analysis to everyone who joins us on the day, so you’ll leave knowing your own skin a little better.

Carole Douglas brings the art of Amatsu, a gentle, hands-on approach to movement, injury recovery and feeling at ease in your own body. Carole came to it the hard way, years in the demanding world of training and breeding horses left their mark, and she’s been helping people back to a pain-free, better-moving life from her own clinic since 2002. She was Chairperson of the Amatsu Association of Ireland for many years and currently spends a lot of time teaching Amatsu. If you’ve ever wondered what Amatsu actually is, this is your morning to find out.

Between it all, there’s brunch. Made here, served here, the way we do it best. Come for the skin analysis, stay for the food, and give yourself a few unhurried hours to just be.

🌿 Plant Swap: this weekend! Bring a cutting, take a cutting, and swap green-fingered tips over a coffee. All welcome, no green thumb required.
🧘 Wellness Morning: Saturday 26th September. A slow, restorative morning to reset as the days draw in. Think informative, pampering and calming.
🎅 Santa Dates: we our lucky to once again have the big man is coming to the Mill across two December weekends.
