Here's one from the very beginning... ❤️

Pictured here are Jack & Ellen Burke, from near Ballymore Eustace, whose wedding reception at Lawlor's in 1921 is believed to have been the very first ever held here. Jack was a cousin of our founder, Brigid Lawlor, making this a truly special part of our history.

It got us thinking... from that first celebration over a century ago until today, just how many couples have celebrated their wedding at Lawlor's? Thousands of memories, countless first dances, heartfelt speeches and generations of stories.

A big thank you to Ann O'Connor, who kindly shared this wonderful photograph with us after a recent visit with her family, we love seeing pieces of Lawlor's history.
