Located next door to Internationally famous Thomond Park which is the home ground of Munster Rugby, one of the most successful and best supported rugby clubs in the world, the LIT Millennium Theatre with its harmonious avant-garde glass and steel structure is the perfect intimate venue for a great evenings entertainment. Opened in March 2003 the Millennium quickly established a reputation as a leading producing theatre. Our policy is to present a comprehensive range of outstanding entertainment fulfilling the needs of local theatre-goers. The comfortable auditorium, seating up to 350, is fully air-conditioned. Other theatre facilities include a bar, refreshment kiosk, and a spacious foyer. The LIT Millennium Theatre is a superb venue with a great informal atmosphere for all visitors.
